I have received the wrong items? :
In the unlikely circumstance you have received the wrong item, then please contact our customer service team via Instagram ( @luxotrendz ) and we will be happy to assist you in getting the issue resolved.
Something is missing from my order? :
At certain times we are unable to send all of the items that you have ordered. If this is the case, it is because we are waiting on some stock to arrive from our supplier to our warehouse, or it is because we have ran out of stock for that item.
Please be aware that we will provide a full refund for any items that have not been sent that we were unable to send out to you. Please be aware that if purchasing more than 1 item then your order may be split into separate deliveries.
If you have not received communication from our customer service team that an item was not available and have not received your full refund after 7 working days, then please contact our customer service team via Instagram ( @luxotrendz ) and we will get the issue resolved as soon as possible.
I would like more information about a product? :
We try to give as much information as possible about all our items in the product description including the colour, sizing and of course through the images displayed on our website and social channels.

My item has arrived and it's faulty? :
In the unlikely circumstance that this is the case, we ask that you send us over images of your faulty goods clearly showing the defect on the item to a member of our Customer Care team via Instagram ( @luxotrendz ) who will advise you of the next steps. We may ask you to send your goods back to our warehouse and once received back we will inspect the goods and if a fault is found we will refund back through the original payment method chosen upon checkout. We advise that you send your goods with a service that offers a ‘certificate of posting’ as it remains your responsibility until we receive the goods. If we have the stock available in our warehouse to send you a replacement we will offer you this as an alternative to a refund.
How long will it take to be refunded? :
You can track your return through your chosen returns carrier. Upon receipt of your goods back to our warehouse we will process your return within 7 working days and it can take a further 5 working days for your refund to then show in your account, depending on your payment method chosen at checkout. If you haven't received your refund within this time frame and the parcel is showing that it has been delivered back to our warehouse then please contact our customer service team via Instagram ( @luxotrendz ) who will be happy to look into this issue for you.
Can I change or cancel my order? :
Unfortunately not, due to some of the items on our website being sourced in specifically for our customers, once the order has been placed we can't cancel it. If you wish to change an address please contact us via Instagram at the earliest possible convenience and we will do our best to change this error. Please make sure you are using the correct address details when placing an order with us.
If you change your mind you can return it to us by posting it back to us and you will be refunded. For further information, visit our Refunds & Returns policy which is on our website.
Why has my order been cancelled / refunded? :
Sorry your order was cancelled.
If the item(s) you've ordered is out of stock at the time of packing your order, we will go ahead and process a refund back to your account via the payment method chosen upon checking out. Please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to show back into your account depending on your payment method.
